Jennifer Bishop

Jennifer Bishop has over two decades of experience in healthcare administration, currently serving as Patient Access Director for Front End Governance and TQM at Indiana University Health since June 2015. Previous roles at Indiana University Health include Director of System Patient Access and Patient Access Manager. Prior to this, Jennifer held the position of Practice Administrator at IU Health Physicians from November 2012 to June 2015 and practiced as Practice Administrator at Tower Surgical Inc from April 2001 to October 2012, overseeing a general surgery practice. Jennifer began her career in healthcare as a Medical Secretary Lead and Medical Secretary in General Surgery. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Indianapolis.
