Jeana Ouattara

Jeana Ouattara is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, design, and business management. Currently serving as President of the Women and Minority Small Business Market, Jeana focuses on empowering women and minority-owned small nontraditional businesses through professional development and networking opportunities. As Production Manager and Designer at the Indianapolis Recorder Newspaper since March 2019, Jeana contributes creatively to the publication. Additionally, Jeana has held various leadership roles, including President of the Indianapolis Chapter of Indiana Black Expo and a General Partner at Jael LLC, where responsibilities encompass marketing, product design, and website administration. Jeana's earlier experience includes working as a Special Education Assistant at Indianapolis Public Schools and owning Jibi, an online store for boys' clothing. Jeana holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Design and Visual Communications and Graphic Design from the John Herron School of Art.
