Wayne Lucas

Wayne Lucas is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Regional Executive Chef and Head Chef at Individual Restaurants since August 2017, Wayne has previously held the position of Head Chef at Opera Grill from January 2022 to July 2025. Earlier in the career, Wayne served as a Sous Chef at Individual Restaurants, The Oyster Inn, and Fig and Olive, contributing to the success of each establishment. Additional experience includes roles as Chef De Partie at Jellyfish Restaurant and Home Valley Station, as well as Head Chef at Almond Family Pubs. Wayne Lucas's culinary journey began after completing education at Cheadle Hulme School between 2000 and 2005.
