Magda Tondera

Magda Tondera, CPA, MBA, MST has a diverse work experience in the field of tax and accounting. Magda currently works as the Tax Director - US Tax at Indivior, starting in 2023. Before that, they served as the Director of Tax at Winebow from 2016 to 2023, where they managed and led the tax function of a highly regulated private equity-owned company and built a full-service post-merger tax department. Magda also has experience working at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP as a Tax Manager from 2015 to 2016, where they managed all tax-based activities for corporate and private clients. Prior to that, they worked as a Tax Senior Associate at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP from 2014 to 2015, where they consulted with non-US teams for a major international fashion client to ensure local filing compliance. Magda also served as a Senior Accountant at Gallina LLP from 2012 to 2014, where they managed the preparation and filing of partnership and S-corporation tax engagements. Magda began their career as a Staff II Accountant at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) in 2011, where they prepared and reviewed Federal and state tax returns. Magda also gained experience as a Tax Staff at Macias Gini & O'Connell LLP (MGO) from 2009 to 2010, providing high-level tax services to major corporate and individual clients. Magda began their career as a Tax Staff at Panattoni Development Company in 2008.

Magda Tondera, CPA, MBA, MST has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management from Shepherd University, which was obtained between 1996 and 1999. Magda also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from Shenandoah University, obtained between 2000 and 2002. In addition, they obtained a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University between 2012 and 2019. Magda Tondera is also a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the California Board of Accountancy in 2010.
