Jeremy Funk, PhDc, MPH, is a Senior Informatics Epidemiologist at InductiveHealth Informatics, focusing on machine learning applications for the CDC's Advanced Data Analytics initiative. Previously, Funk served as a Public Health Consultant for Breckenridge & Associates, enhancing COVID-19 vaccination data linkage for the CDC. Academic experience includes teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in Applied and Injury Epidemiology at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Additional roles include Clinical Epidemiologist at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana, Syndromic Surveillance Epidemiologist at the Indiana State Department of Health, and Clinical Research Fellow at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, among others. Funk holds a PhD in Epidemiology from Indiana University and an MPH from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
