James Tomlinson

James Tomlinson is an experienced professional in the visual effects industry, currently serving as a Senior Production Engineer and Pipeline Technical Director at Industrial Light & Magic since September 2016. Prior to this role, James held multiple positions at Double Negative from November 2011 to September 2016, including Pipeline Technical Director, Assistant Technical Director, Application Support, and Head Tech Runner/Render Wrangler. James began the career as a Junior Technical Director at RJDM from August 2011 to November 2011. James holds a first-class BA Hons degree in Animation Design from De Montfort University, completed between 2009 and 2011.
