Paul Monks

Paul Monks has extensive experience in change management and configuration analysis, currently serving as a Change and Configuration Analyst and Service Manager at BBC Technology and BBC since June 2013. Previously, Paul Monks held various positions at IBM, including Performance & Capacity BAU, Disaster Recovery Manager, Change Manager, and Change Analyst from February 2010. Additionally, Paul Monks contributed as an Area Governor for Toastmasters International between 2011 and 2012 and worked as a Change Analyst at Capita IT Services from 2008 to 2009.
