Jelena Cagic

Jelena Cagic is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director HR Business Partner at Infineon Technologies since October 2021, Jelena has previously held notable positions including Head of HR Commercial at Telefónica Germany and Head Of Research at Egon Zehnder. With a strong background in HR strategy, change management, and talent development, Jelena has been instrumental in transforming HR functions within organizations, notably managing operational HR matters across several Latin American countries during tenure at Telefónica. Jelena holds a Magister degree in Economics, Psychology, and Spanish & Latin American Literature from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and has completed professional training at prestigious institutions such as The Wharton School.
