Paul Chilson

Paul Chilson is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Global Product Engineering at Infineon Technologies since October 2006, where Paul spearheads international teams to improve product yields and reduce costs through automation and advanced analytical tools. Previous roles include Senior Manager and IC Product Engineering Manager, focusing on operations, big data systems, and product development. Prior to Infineon, Paul founded Paul Chilson Consulting, where an extensive global test program database was developed, and worked as a Manager and Systems Architect at Quadriga. Early career experience at International Rectifier involved various engineering roles, including Product Engineer and Final Test Engineer, where contributions led to improvements in production data systems and compliance with military specifications. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
