Beata Rouleau

Beata Rouleau is an accomplished business leader and founder of Compass Consulting, where Beata serves as CEO since 2024. With extensive experience in operational leadership, Beata has taken on fractional roles as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Infinite Giving and AlloHire, respectively, while also contributing to SmarterServices and Nalm Creative in revenue operations and operations management roles. Previously, Beata held the position of Vice President of Operations at Brandfluence, and prior to that, worked at Softgiving in various operational capacities. Beata began the career as a Clinical Specialist at UNYQ after earning a Bachelor’s Degree from Berry College.
