In 1999, they became an Operations Lead at ATL - Philips, where they worked as a junior administrator for Windows, Novell, and HP-UX servers, as well as a Tivoli backup administrator. In 2001, they moved to Mutual Materials as a Senior Unix System Administrator, leading the migration from legacy HP9000 (HP-UX) to HP x86 servers using Red Hat Linux. From 2007 to 2014, they were a System Administrator at Wizards of the Coast (Hasbro), leading an effort to leverage virtualization for their QA, Build, and Deployment teams. Joseph Schuerman has over 15 years of experience in the field of intelligence and analysis. Joseph began their career in 2003 as a Signals Intelligence Analyst in the US Army, where they were responsible for collecting first-line intelligence and conducting analysis of actionable intelligence. Joseph was also a subject matter expert, advising the Brigade Commander of procurement and operational implementation of new Intelligence technologies. In 2007, they joined Telford Aviation, Inc. as a Technical Writer and Instructor, training hundreds of Army National Guard, Army Reserve, and Regular Army soldiers to perform airborne intelligence and analysis in compliance with Intelligence and Security Command regulations and standards. Joseph also created Field Manuals and highly detailed aircrew Operation Checklists. Aaron Koerner has over 10 years of professional work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Technical Support Engineer for InfluxData. From 2012 to 2021, they worked for Interstates in various roles, including Senior Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Lead Developer, Lead Control Systems Analyst, and Systems Engineer. In this role, they developed batching and process control systems, focusing on Rockwell Automation software and Allen-Bradly PLC programming. Aaron also implemented a variety of data collection and analysis solutions using Historians, SQL Server Reporting Services, FactoryTalk software, and TIBCO Spotfire. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer, Embedded for Radiance Technologies, where they designed and implemented interfaces for RS-232, SPI, CAN bus, Ethernet, general purpose I/O, and power electronics devices using Microchip 16- and 32-bit microcontrollers and ARM Linux embedded computers. Aaron also created and modified GUIs in Visual Studio Express that used RS-232, CAN bus, and Ethernet, as well as data plotting tools, data logging, and data log playback. Marco Neumann began their career in 2011 as a Research Assistant at Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) working for IPD Böhm, developing KNIME plugins, assisting with publications and data generation. In 2014, they returned to KIT as a Research Assistant working for IPD Böhm, where they were responsible for data classification in cooperation with industrial partners and supervising students during their practical course with database systems and during their first collective software project. In 2015, Neumann worked as a Technical Student at CERN and as a Project Administrator and Research Assistant at KIT. From 2016 to 2021, Neumann worked at Blue Yonder, a JDA company, in various roles, including Data Architect Int, Data Scientist Int, Data Scientist, and Junior Data Scientist. In 2021, Neumann joined InfluxData as a Senior Software Engineer.

Madu Mitha Ravi has over 10 years of professional experience in the Information Technology field. Madu Mitha began their career in 2010 as an Information Technology Team Lead at Cognizant. In 2021, they moved to InfluxData as a Senior Software Engineer.

Luke Bond has worked in the tech industry since 1999. Luke began their career as a Web Developer at Diezel Interactive, followed by a Perl Programmer role at Computershare Document Services. In 2005, they worked as a Game Developer at EA Mobile and Jumbuck Entertainment. Luke then went on to become a Team Lead and Game Developer at Glu Mobile in 2007. In 2009, they joined Sony Computer Entertainment Europe as a Server Developer. In 2014, they joined YLD as a Senior Consultant and Head of Professional Services, helping Enterprise companies embrace continuous delivery and DevOps practices. In 2016, they worked as a DevOps Engineer at Home Office and in 2017 they became a Co-Founder at Control Plane. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer at InfluxData, where they are working on a project in Rust and has previously done Golang development and continuous delivery pipelines.

Lisa Leung has been working in the tech industry since 2015. Lisa began their career as a Technical Consultant for Web Development at Pierce Washington. Lisa then moved on to Salient Process Inc as a Business Process Management Developer, where they automated client processes, developed data integration with UI controls, and wrote technical documentation. In 2018, they joined InfluxData as a Software Engineer - Site Reliability, and also took on a DevOps Engineer role at Cerego.

Lisa Leung attended the University of California, Davis from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
