Adrian’s exciting journey with Infobip started at the end of 2020 following 20+ years of industry experience in driving value and success for customers around the globe. He helped two cloud organizations (Netsuite and Ceridian), achieve exponential growth ultimately leading to their successful IPOs at the New York Stock Exchange.


As Chief Customer Officer at Infobip, Adrian is responsible for leading the global Services, Support and Customer Success organizations. For him, delivering world-class service and going beyond expectations is achieved by designing every interaction through the eyes of the customer. Away from work, he enjoys sports, travel, reading and spending time with his wife and four kids.
