Shirish Nainwal

Shirish Nainwal began their work experience as a Software Test Engineer at MCT India InfoTech Pvt. Ltd in 2007 and remained in that role until 2010. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing product testing and analyzing quality control test results.

Following that, they joined Zed-Axis Technologies in 2010 as a Software Test Engineer. Here, their responsibilities included understanding business challenges, problem statements, and requirements, as well as identifying end-to-end test scenarios for automation tool evaluation.

Later in the same year, Shirish joined Infogain India Pvt Ltd as a Delivery Lead. In this role, they accelerated performances in delivering end-to-end products and spearheaded the development of an RPA automation framework for Infogain's major customer, Mitchell.

Shirish Nainwal holds a Master's in Computer Science (M.Sc) from IAIT (International Academy of Information Technologies), which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Shirish then pursued a Master of Computer Applications - MCA degree in Computer Science from the same institution, completing it from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also have obtained various certifications, including being a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2021. Furthermore, they hold an Advance Diploma in Software Technologies from HILTRON - CALC Computer Academy & Learning Centre in 2001 and a CIC (Certificate in Computing) from Indira Gandhi National Open University in 2001.
