Kacy McCaffrey Brake

Kacy McCaffrey Brake currently serves as the Senior Director of Quality, Regulatory & Audit at Infor, starting in November 2023, where the focus is on overseeing global compliance initiatives and certifications for various product offerings. Prior to this role, Kacy has been with Koch Industries, Inc. since April 2016 as Associate General Counsel for Global Privacy, providing expertise in privacy matters for the organization and its affiliates worldwide. Earlier experience includes working as an Attorney at Alston & Bird LLP from January 2010 to March 2016, specializing in complex commercial litigation, privacy, and data security. Kacy also held the position of Senior Account Manager at the Boston Beer Company from 2004 to 2006. Education includes a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame.
