Scott Frederickson

Scott Frederickson is currently the Director of Customer Experience at Infosec. Previously, they were with QuickStart Intelligence and SQLSoft+. Scott began their career with the United States Army in 1981, where they served for 17 years, retiring as a Sergeant First Class. During their time in the Army, they worked as a recruiter and in scholarship management at the Virginia Military Institute (VMI). Scott's final position in the Army was as the Non-commissioned Officer in Charge at the Kilauea Military Camp Joint Services Recreation Center, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, HI.

Scott Frederickson has a certification from Forrester in Forrester CX Pro.
