Kimberly Arnoldi

Kimberly Pardo Arnoldi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and marketing technology. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development for The Americas at Info Services since October 2023, Kimberly previously held the position of Solution Consultant at Decideware from January 2023 to September 2023, where strategic industry insights were provided to the CEO and leadership. From January 1993 to August 2022, Kimberly worked at Ford Motor Company in various roles including Global Agency Operation Marketing Technology Manager, Connected Consumer FordPass IT Integration and Demand Manager, and PMO Global FordPass & Lincoln Way Feature/Process Manager, achieving significant savings, enhancing customer experience, and managing multimillion-dollar budgets. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing a Mini MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers University.
