Avery Lyford

Avery Lyford has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2023, Avery joined the Small Business Development Center Silicon Valley as a Business Advisor. Prior to this, Avery worked at Apexon as the Chief Customer Officer, where they achieved over 15 times revenue growth and improved net margin. At Hult International Business School, Avery served as an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship, teaching various classes and organizing guest speaker events. Avery also worked as a Partner at Blueprint Growth Partners, providing growth consulting services based on their extensive experience and research. They have also held positions as a Board Member at Tonomi, which was later acquired by Grid Dynamics, and at GoGrid, which was acquired by Datapipe. Avery's experience also includes serving as VP of Business Development at LEAP Commerce and VP of Business Development at Makara, which was acquired by Red Hat. They were also the Executive Chairman of Angstro, which was acquired by Google. Avery's early career involved being the CEO of Digisense, where they created a software business using cloud storage for instant datacenters.

Avery Lyford has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Lehigh University.
