Alok Kumar Jain

Alok Kumar Jain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Infosys BPM, holding various leadership roles since January 2005, including Senior Quality Function Head and Senior Manager - Quality (PMO - Operational Excellence Council). Prior experience includes a position as Engineer at Grasim Industries Limited from January 1996 to December 2004, where responsibilities encompassed maintenance management, quality improvement, and vendor development, along with serving as an internal auditor for ISO14000. Alok holds a PGDBM in General Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and two BE degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Jabalpur Engineering College and Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, as well as a Licenciate in Insurance from the Insurance Institute of India.
