Nitesh Aggarwal

Nitesh Aggarwal is the current Vice President and Head of Strategy for Financial Services, Healthcare, and Life Sciences at Infosys. Nitesh has over fifteen years of experience in sales operations and management.

Nitesh started their career in GENPACT LLC in August 2012 as an Assistant Vice President of Sales Operations. In this role, they were responsible for the business side of the company's SalesForce.com implementation, including the integration of sales processes with acquired entities. Nitesh also built the company's sales ecosystem around SalesForce.com, which included marketing automation, lead management tools, and other bolt-on applications such as lead nurturing and data.com. In addition, Nitesh designed and owned one of the revenue forecasting models linked to bookings.

In June 2015, Nitesh left GENPACT LLC to join Infosys as Vice President and Head of Strategy for Financial Services, Healthcare, and Life Sciences. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for Infosys' clients in these industries. Nitesh works closely with Infosys' sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure that the company's solutions are aligned with client needs and that Infosys is positioned as a thought leader in these industries.

Nitesh Aggarwal has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in Sales and Marketing. Nitesh has also completed a Global Leadership Program from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they have completed a Certificate in Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School Online in Computer Sciences. Nitesh has also completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Sciences from Pune University in 2003. Furthermore, they have completed an HSC in Science from St. Vincents High School. Additionally, they have received a certification from Wharton Online in Removing Barriers to Change in Organizations.
