Ray Bharadwaj

Ray Bharadwaj is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business transformation and talent management. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Transformation at Infosys since March 2022, Ray previously held multiple senior leadership roles at Persistent Systems from November 2013 to February 2022, including SVP & Head of Talent Management and SVP & Group Delivery & Operations Head. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Ray worked as Transformation Program Head and Head of Unit Sales Operations & Planning from January 2010 to October 2013. Earlier experience includes roles at Mphasis as Senior Sales Account Manager and Key Account Management Specialist from January 2000 to December 2009. Ray's educational background features a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, and completion of programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
