Kristina Carter is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and HR management. Currently serving as Divisional Head of Compensation at Datavant since July 2020, Kristina has previously held several HR leadership roles at Genpact, GE, and Sherwin Williams, where responsibilities included employee relations, organizational design, and strategic HR initiatives.
