Shashank Dangayach

Shashank Dangayach is the Vice President, Construction Machinery at Infra.Market, a con-tech solutions company that is transforming the construction ecosystem in India. He oversees the functioning of the Equipment segment across India for all the categories of equipment products & services.

Shashank is responsible for the performance as well as the development and execution of the long-term strategy in alignment with the organization's vision. He has worked on numerous new project introductions and has been a part of huge capital deployment for the organization. Additionally, he has been instrumental in creating new avenues while preparing comprehensive plans for achieving financial targets.

A serial entrepreneur, Shashank built equiphunt.com, one of India's leading Construction Equipment rental marketplace, later acquired by Infra.Market. As a founder, Shashank built an industry-experienced team and asset-light business operations from scratch to deliver a dominant rental Pan India firm operating across 10 states and serving over 50 clients. He carries a diverse range of experience in working and consulting for organizations including Indian Railways, Deutsche Bank, and Jindal Saw.

Shashank holds a BTech & MTech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay. He was the Marketing head for IITB's cultural festival Mood Indigo and Hostel football captain. He has also done techno-social projects with CTARA to solve the water supply problem in rural areas.
