Dan Brocker is an experienced engineering manager currently leading the US New Product Development (NPD) and lifecycle teams for ARO Pumps at Ingersoll Rand since January 2015. Prior to this role, Dan served as a lead design engineer at Ingersoll Rand, contributing to various innovative product development projects, including diaphragm and piston pumps. Dan's career includes positions at Trane, where valuable experience was gained with large tonnage centrifugal chillers, and Club Car, focusing on program management and product engineering for golf vehicles. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, supplemented by a minor in Electrical Engineering, and has hands-on experience with composite materials and production engineering from internships with United Launch Alliance and Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies.
