Henrik Dreyer

Henrik Dreyer is an experienced professional in recruitment, employer branding, and talent attraction, currently serving as the Global Recruitment, Employer Branding & Onboarding Manager at Ingka Centres since May 2021. In this role, Henrik leads a diverse team and is responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment and onboarding services. Key achievements include developing Ingka Centres' Employer Value Proposition, launching a WeChat channel in China, and managing the global onboarding program. Prior to this, Henrik held various roles at Trelleborg Group from 2010 to 2021, including Employer Branding Manager and HR Manager, where responsibilities ranged from developing global branding strategies to overseeing annual engagement surveys. Henrik has also experience in sports as a head coach and player, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Lund University.
