Damien Garcia

Damien Garcia is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in automation, solution design, and project management across various industries. Currently, as the Director of Global Engineering – Solution Design at Ingram Micro since September 2025, Damien leads initiatives to enhance engineering solutions. Previously, at A.P. Moller - Maersk, Damien served as the Head of C.I. Automation and Solutions, focusing on warehouse automation technologies and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior roles include Engineering Manager at Performance Team, where Damien mentored engineers and supported business development, and mechanical engineering roles at McCombs-Wall, MHPC, Adams Rite Aerospace, and Hartwell Corporation. Damien holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Operations Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and is currently pursuing further education at USC Marshall School of Business.
