Caroline Soulas has extensive experience in the field of immunology and project management. Since June 2012, Caroline has held various positions at Innate Pharma, including Senior Project Manager in CMC, Manager R&D, and Scientist R&D. Prior to this, Caroline worked as a post-doctoral research associate in Neuro-immunology at Boston College and Harvard Medical School, focusing on the role of monocyte/macrophages and dendritic cells in AIDS-associated neuropathogenesis. Caroline earned a PhD in Immunology from the University of Geneva, where research centered on the immuno-stimulatory and -inhibitory properties of dendritic cells. Additional educational credentials include a Master of advanced studies from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and a Master's degree in Cell Biology from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology. Early research experience involved internships and research assistant roles in various prestigious institutions, including the Centre d'Immunologie Pierre Fabre and INSERM U399.
