Mike Wagner

Mike Wagner has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mike currently holds the position of SVP, Global Head of Operational Excellence + Training at HH Global since 2023. Previously, from 2021 to 2023, they served as SVP & COO - Americas at HH Global. Before that, from 2020 to 2021, they held the role of SVP & Managing Director, Client Engagement (Americas) at HH Global.

Prior to joining HH Global, Mike worked at InnerWorkings for seven years. Mike held the position of Senior Vice President, North American Client Engagement from 2014 to 2020, overseeing a large revenue, teams, and client engagement strategy. Mike also served as Vice President of Operations from 2013 to 2014.

Additionally, Mike has a notable military background as a First Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve from 1996 to 2017.

Before that, they worked at Groupon as the Vice President of Account Management in 2013.

Furthermore, Mike gained valuable experience at InnerWorkings from 2005 to 2013, holding various positions including Vice President of Operations, Director of Client Services, Account Executive, and Print Production Manager.

Mike started their career at Integrated Merchandising Systems, LLC as an Account Executive in 1999 and later served as a Production Supervisor from 2001 to 2005.

Mike Wagner has a Bachelor of Science degree from DePaul University.
