Amy Hartzell

Amy has 20 years of experience in leadership and supply chain, most recently from Dow Chemical Company before joining Innophos. She led an organizational design transformation of the Center of Excellence at Dow. She did so by creating a Sales & Operations Planning program focused on technology implementation, change management, work process improvement and education. Amy also has experience developing and implementing global operational and supply chain improvement programs.

She began her career at Rohm and Haas as a process engineer. Later she took on leadership roles within the supply chain team, including Global Planning Manager in Biocides and Ion Exchange Resins. These roles gave her experience in developing and implementing supply chain improvements on a large scale. Following Dow Chemical's acquisition of Rohm and Haas, she was appointed Global Business Supply Chain Director, Performance Materials. She was responsible for the integration of Rohm and Haas and Dow units and was responsible for ten businesses.
