Stefany Diaz

Stefany Diaz, LCSW, is an experienced mental health clinician currently working at innovaTel Telepsychiatry since March 2021. Previous roles include serving as a clinical therapist at Thriveworks from February 2020 to January 2023, and as a social work supervisor at Mountain Valley Child and Family Services from July 2017 to January 2023. Additionally, Stefany has held positions in private practice and at MorrisHeights Health Center as a social worker, and provided therapy for individuals with developmental or intellectual delays at YAI. Stefany also has experience as an MST therapist with The New York Foundling, focusing on families involved in the juvenile justice system, and worked as a housing specialist to support adolescents' independent living goals. Education includes a Master of Social Work from Lehman College and a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies from Syracuse University.
