Peter Srouji

Peter Srouji is the Deputy Country Director for IPA Philippines. He oversees several impact evaluations, spearheads new projects, conducts external capacity building, and helps lead policy outreach activities. Since joining IPA in 2011, his portfolio includes projects across the fields of agriculture, social protection, remittances, nutrition, and governance with government, NGO, and private sector partners. Previously, Peter worked for the International Labour Organization as an impact evaluation consultant and helped develop monitoring systems for one of the largest microfinance institutions in the U.S. He has a BA in Economics and International Studies from DePaul University and an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics.
