Ian Hiatt is a seasoned supply chain and customer service professional with a diverse background in various roles within multiple industries. Currently serving as a Supply Chain Coordinator at Innovia Films since October 2022, Ian has previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at Ethnicraft and as an Import Export Specialist at Samson Marketing. Ian's experience includes managing the entire ordering process, addressing customer service issues, coordinating import filings, analyzing sales data, and providing sales support.
