Alon Shtriker

Alon Shtriker is an experienced opto-mechanical engineer currently working at Innoviz Technologies since August 2022. Previously, Alon served as a mechanical engineer at Motorola Solutions from August 2019 to July 2022, contributing to a multidisciplinary team and leading the design of two products from concept to mass production, with expertise in various manufacturing processes including plastic injection and aluminum casting. Prior to that, Alon was a project manager for BGRacing Team from August 2017 to August 2019, overseeing the development of an electric vehicle for the SAE Formula category and managing a team of 60 students from diverse engineering disciplines. In addition, Alon held the position of suspension team manager, focusing on R&D for composite material suspension systems. Alon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, earned in 2019.
