Sheldon Okada

Sheldon Okada is a seasoned executive in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Business Development & Corporate Strategy at Inograft Biotherapeutics, Inc. since June 2025. Prior to this role, Okada held the position of Vice President of Business and Commercial Strategy at Asher Biotherapeutics from September 2020 to February 2025, and served as Senior Director at Forty Seven Inc., where responsibilities included heading Commercial Strategy and Business Analytics from February 2018 to September 2020. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Gilead Sciences as Director of Pipeline Marketing Sciences within Commercial Operations from October 2003 to February 2018, and as an Analyst in Healthcare Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch from January 2000 to January 2002. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Chemistry from Caltech and a Bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cell Biology with a focus on Biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
