Susan Carroll

President, Inova Loudoun Hospital at Inova

Susan Carroll, FACHE, MBA, MHA, serves as President of Inova Loudoun Hospital.

She also has responsibility for system-wide leadership over Security and Emergency Management and Supply Chain Management.

Inova Loudoun Hospital is a 311-bed facility, which includes Inova Loudoun Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and the Inova Loudoun Hospital - Cornwall Campus.

Susan began her career at Inova Loudoun Hospital in 1996, eventually rising to the level of Chief Operating Officer, in 2010. Since then, she has been Vice President of the Inova Cancer Service Line, Chief Operating Officer at Inova Alexandria Hospital, Regional CEO of Inova Alexandria and Inova Mount Vernon hospitals, and Interim President of Inova Fairfax Medical Campus before assuming her current positions.

Susan holds a Master of Health Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and Finance from Radford University.

She lives in Ashburn with her husband, Matt, and their two boys, Turner and Cooper. The family enjoys traveling, skiing and spending time keeping busy with the boys' sports activities.
