Nick Panayi serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Inovalon. In this role, Mr. Panayi leads all aspects of marketing strategy and execution at Inovalon, including product marketing, account-based marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, industry analyst relations, events, communications, and press engagement.

Prior to Inovalon, Mr. Panayi was the Chief Marketing Officer at Amelia, a global leader in advanced automation and Enterprise Conversational AI software. At Amelia, Mr. Panayi led all aspects of marketing, demand generation, branding, communications, and associated strategy and execution. Before his tenure at Amelia, Mr. Panayi served as Vice President of Brand, Demand and Digital marketing at DXC Technologies (a $16 Billion global IT Services leader with 130,000 employees formed in 2017 after the merger of CSC and HPE Enterprise Services) where he was responsible for the entirety of rebranding and market positioning, development of CSC’s digital marketing capabilities, social media initiative, account-based marketing, and demand generation on a global basis. Prior to DXC, Mr. Panayi’s marketing experience in the technology industry includes a variety of leadership roles with Hewlett Packard and Avaya. He was named to the list of "Top 25 Digital Marketers" by BtoB Magazine, and his marketing teams have won multiple awards and distinctions by Sirius Decisions, ITSMA and other marketing analyst firms.

Mr. Panayi holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA, both from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.

Nick Panayi

Ms. Olsen serves as the President of ComplexCare Solutions, a subsidiary of Inovalon, and is a member of Inovalon’s Executive Leadership Team. In this role, Ms. Olsen is responsible for all aspects of ComplexCare Solutions operations and performance, including revenue growth, sales, customer success, product design, software development, financial management, people management, intervention operations, and compliance. Prior to her role as President of ComplexCare Solutions, Ms. Olsen served as the Chief People Officer for Inovalon where she drove all aspects of the strategy and process of building, developing, maintaining, engaging, and supporting Inovalon’s exceptional personnel to achieve the Company’s mission, operations, and significant growth objectives. Since joining Inovalon in 2019, Ingrid has helped build Inovalon into an organization whose culture is reflective of the abundant talent throughout the entire Inovalon team. Her leadership has led to record employee engagement, expansive talent growth, a deep focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and creating an organization designed to scale and deliver on the needs of Inovalon’s customers today and in the future.
Prior to her time at Inovalon, Ms. Olsen was the Chief Integration and People Office for OnRobot, and prior to that she spent 20 years at Dell EMC, a global technology leader, where she served as Vice President of Strategy and Go-To-Market for the EMEA Enterprise at Dell EMC. In this role, Ms. Olsen was responsible for the integration activities and go-to-market strategy of Dell EMC across the EMEA Enterprise segment, a $4 billion business covering 1,400 enterprise accounts across 38 countries. Her other roles at Dell EMC demonstrate her experience in running impactful operational teams that drive high performance including developing new go to market models, driving go to market execution, driving the integration activities for global corporate mergers, and defining Dell EMCs international strategy in EMEA. Prior to her time at EMC, Ms. Olsen worked for the law firm of Skadden Arps in Boston, Massachusetts, supporting its global corporate mergers and acquisitions practice.

Ms. Olsen graduated with a Bachelors of Arts Degree, Summa Cum Laude, in Political Science and Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Ingrid E. Olsen

Julie Lambert serves as the President and General Manager of Inovalon’s Provider business unit. In this role, Ms. Lambert leads the organization that delivers cloud-based SaaS solutions to tens of thousands of provider organizations across the country empowering them to achieve better outcomes and economics for their organizations and the millions of patients that they serve. Ms. Lambert leads and is responsible for the management, product portfolio, sales, customer success, operations, and overall performance of the provider business. Prior to her role as President and General Manager, Ms. Lambert was the Senior Vice President of the provider division’s customer success and operations team, where her customer-centric approach drove significant improvement to a wide array of operational metrics, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.

Prior to her time at Inovalon, Ms. Lambert was the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy at OptumRx, a division of UnitedHealth Group. In this capacity, she led the operations of a $16.5 billion business that spanned multiple regions across the United States while managing a team of over 1,200 people to achieve the business’s clinical, operational, and financial goals. While at UnitedHealth Group, Ms. Lambert also led roles driving mergers and acquisitions, large scale integrations, developing business strategy, and creating supporting businesses cases to identify new growth opportunities. Prior to her time at UnitedHealth Group, Ms. Lambert held various roles at Prime Therapeutics, including product management, clinical operations, business development, quality improvement, and membership operations.

Ms. Lambert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and holds numerous certifications.

Julie Lambert

Matt Brow serves as the president and general manager of [Inovalon](/org/inovalon)’s Pharmacy and Life Sciences business. In this role, Mr. Brow leads the organization’s focus on bringing the capabilities of [Inovalon](/org/inovalon)’s industry-leading cloud-based, SaaS solutions to pharmacy and life sciences customers. Unique to [Inovalon](/org/inovalon)’s cloud-based pharmacy platform business is the ability to combine analytical insights informed by billions of medical events with industry-leading subject matter and policy expertise, together powering configurations of the [Inovalon](/org/inovalon) ONE® Platform and ScriptMed® Cloud Platform to bring resulting solutions to the marketplace in large-scale. Mr. Brow has extensive experience managing cross-functional teams and has engaged internal and external healthcare stakeholders to find consensus and achieve stable business growth. Prior to his current role spanning [Inovalon](/org/inovalon)’s pharmacy and life sciences business, Mr. Brow was responsible for its Avalere advisory business.
Prior to joining [Inovalon](/org/inovalon) in 2017, Mr. Brow served as Senior Vice President of Operations for the US Oncology Network at [McKesson](/org/mckesson) Specialty Health, and Vice President and General Manager of Vantage Oncology southeast region. Previously, Mr. Brow held roles at [McKesson](/org/mckesson) and its predecessor company, US Oncology, where he led public policy; mergers and acquisitions; business development; go-to-market strategy; sales; reimbursement strategy; federal and state government relations; and communications. Prior to joining US Oncology, he served as a consultant, advising clients on state government affairs strategy across a wide-range of healthcare and political issues.

Mr. Brow has published in peer-reviewed and professional journals on healthcare policy, the Affordable Care Act, cancer care quality, and value-based care. He holds a BA in history and political science from the University of Richmond.

Matt Brow

Mr. Boldt serves as the Chief Financial Officer of [Inovalon](/org/inovalon) where he is responsible for the management, planning, implementation and execution of all financial activities, forecasting, reporting, audit, treasury, tax, and related compliance obligations of the Company. Prior to serving in this role, Mr. Boldt served as Vice President of Finance responsible for corporate financial planning and analysis of the Company, and as interim Chief Financial Officer. Since joining the Company in 2012, Mr. Boldt has served in numerous expanding financial positions playing integral roles in the Company’s Initial Public Offering in 2015, the acquisitions of Avalere Health, Inc. in 2015 and Creehan Holding Co. in 2016, and was responsible for the closing of the acquisition of ABILITY Network and its associated term loan financing facility in 2018.

Prior to joining the Company in 2012, Mr. Boldt served in a number of escalating roles at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, ultimately holding the position of attestation manager for public and private, domestic and international clients in information technology, government contracting, professional services, and manufacturing industries at various growth stages and scale ranging from $200 million to $20 billion in annual revenue.

Mr. Boldt graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University in Maryland with a bachelor degree in accounting and a masters of business administration degree with an information technologies concentration. He serves on the Loyola University of Maryland Sellinger School of Business Joint Advisory Board.

Mr. Boldt is an active certified public accountant in the State of Maryland, a status which he has held since 2008.

Jonathan Boldt

Mr. Creehan serves as a Fellow of Pharmacy Solutions at [Inovalon](/org/inovalon), a role created to recognize Mr. Creehan for a distinguished career at [Inovalon](/org/inovalon) and Creehan. In this role, Mr. Creehan supports key pharmacy software platform relationships, industry thought-leadership, and product strategy, design, development initiatives at [Inovalon](/org/inovalon).

Mr. Creehan previously served as president and general manager if [Inovalon](/org/inovalon)’s pharmacy software business where he led the Company’s design, development, advancement, and support of data-driven pharmacy solutions.

Mr. Creehan has a 25 year history of pharmacy technology solution development and implementation and is the founder of creehan and company, the industry’s leading provider of enterprise software for the pharmacy marketplace. After combining creehan and company with [Inovalon](/org/inovalon) in 2016, Mr. Creehan has led the strategy and innovation of the Company’s next generation pharmacy platform solution. Leveraging a modular cloud-based architecture, and the data, connectivity, and analytical capabilities of the [Inovalon](/org/inovalon) ONE® Platform, ScriptMed® Cloud is the industry’s most advanced enterprise pharmacy platform.

Mr. Creehan has a proven track record for driving business growth from start-up pharmacies to several Fortune 500 clients through technology and innovation, and is an established industry thought leader. He has played an active role in advancing technology and automation for clinical decision support, care coordination, pharmacy practice and pharmaceutical distribution. Providing the strategy, vision, and architecture for the company’s technologies, Mr. Creehan has lead the company to the number one market position in  specialty pharmacy, and establishment of leading technology for driving clinical quality and patient outcomes in pharmacy.

Mr. Creehan holds a B.S. in Information Systems from [Robert Morris University](/org/robert-morris-university) and is a graduate of the Entrepreneurial Management Program at Carnegie Mellon University. He is active in the pharmacy community and is a member of several industry associations.

R. Sean Creehan

Dr. Dunleavy has served as [Inovalon](/org/inovalon)’s Chief Executive Officer since his organization of the company’s predecessor companies in 1998, as Chairman of the board of directors since the creation of the board in 2006, and as President from the Company’s foundation until May of 2014. Dr. Dunleavy is responsible for the overall execution of the company’s business plan, strategic relationships, and the identification and realization of company product strategy and vision.

During his tenure at [Inovalon](/org/inovalon), Dr. Dunleavy has worked extensively with a wide array and number of healthcare organizations, regulatory and oversight bodies, and technology companies examining the growing role of data within healthcare, and its ability to drive meaningful insight and improvement for its constituents. Driven by a vision of data’s ability to drive insight and improvement in healthcare, Dr. Dunleavy has led [Inovalon](/org/inovalon) from its origins to its current industry-leading position leveraging advanced, cloud-based platforms that are informed by data pertaining to more than 994,000 physicians, 558,000 clinical facilities, 315 million unique patients, and nearly 55 billion medical events providing a powerful platform that enables high-value impact, while improving quality and economics for health plans, ACOs, hospitals, physicians, consumers and pharma/life-sciences researchers.

Dr. Dunleavy received a bachelor’s degree in biology modified with engineering with high honors from [Dartmouth College](/org/dartmouth) where his studies and work focused upon the neurosciences, computer sciences and electrical engineering with his honors thesis focused on the computer simulation of artificial human cerebellar functional units. Dr. Dunleavy earned his doctorate in medicine from Harvard Medical School, completed his medical residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, practiced and was Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He serves as a Director on the Dartmouth Medical School Board of Overseers, has authored or co-authored a number of scientific journal articles, abstracts, and proprietary research papers, and has presented his work and materials at multiple national and international conferences.

Keith R. Dunleavy

Dr. Kilian serves as the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for [Inovalon](/org/inovalon). In this role, Dr. Kilian is responsible for the oversight of the medical directors of the Company, the clinical content and design of the Company’s software and analytics, and the clinical training, quality, policies, oversight and compliance of associated operations. For more than a decade, Dr. Kilian has led a team of clinical personnel who bring the latest best practices and evidence-based clinical standards to [Inovalon](/org/inovalon)’s products and services. Dr. Kilian is well known throughout the healthcare community as an expert on the application of data, software, and analytics to the benefit of clinical protocols, care guidelines, real-world healthcare clinical workflow, and regulatory policy guidelines adherence. Most recently, Dr. Kilian has been recognized with the Healthcare Business Women’s Association 2020 Luminary award.

Prior to joining [Inovalon](/org/inovalon) in 2007, Dr. Kilian was in clinical practice with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, where she served as Medical Director with responsibilities including patient care, clinical training of medical students and residents, and clinical oversight of a multispecialty practice.

Dr. Kilian graduated summa cum laude from [Washington and Lee University](/org/washington-and-lee-university) and earned her doctorate in medicine from [Tufts University](/org/tufts-university) School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.

Paige Kilian

Ms. Allen serves as [Inovalon](/org/inovalon)’s General Counsel, Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer. In this role, Ms. Allen is responsible for the planning, management, execution and oversight of all legal, compliance and privacy matters across the Company and its affiliates. This includes leading the Company’s general corporate matters, intellectual property, compliance, privacy, risk management, regulatory oversight, human resources, audit and investigation, and other transactional matters that implicate legal, compliance and privacy considerations.

Ms. Allen first joined [Inovalon](/org/inovalon) in 2016 in the role of Associate Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and was subsequently promoted to Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer. Prior to joining [Inovalon](/org/inovalon) in 2016, Ms. Allen was the Chief Integrity Officer at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C., a nationally recognized healthcare provider. In that capacity, she directed and led the enterprise-wide compliance, privacy, investigative and audit functions. She was also responsible for ensuring overall regulatory and legal compliance, including day-to-day oversight of auditing, monitoring and regulatory compliance activities. Ms. Allen’s previous experience also includes various leadership positions with [Booz Allen Hamilton](/org/booz-allen-hamilton) and SRA International where she was responsible for developing and leading legal, compliance, risk management, privacy and information security solutions across the federal and commercial sectors as well as assessing the privacy and security impact and risks associated with new and emerging products and technologies. In addition, Ms. Allen served as a Senior Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Department of Education, District of Columbia Enforcement Office, where she led numerous legal and compliance reviews and a variety of complex investigations. Ms. Allen also served as a Senior Advisor for the Department of Homeland Security where she conceptualized and directed initiatives designed to implement various compliance mandates across the department and its component organizations.

Ms. Allen is a member of the My Sister’s Place, Board of Directors. She is also a Vice-Chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel, Health Law Network.

Ms. Allen received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina, and a Master of Arts from Georgetown University.

Beverly Allen

Ms. Keeneth is a Vice President and serves as the Chief Information Security Officer for [Inovalon](/org/inovalon). In this role, Ms. Keeneth is responsible for managing the Company’s information security risk, security governance, policy, risk management, application security, contingency program, enterprise incident response, cybersecurity, security operations, security tool administration, corporate security, physical security, insider threat, vulnerability management, vendor oversight program and security awareness. Ms. Keeneth leads a team of high performing information security professionals to support [Inovalon](/org/inovalon)’s strategic initiatives pertaining to relevant security measures, managing risks, implementing policies and controls, and generating overall awareness. Ms. Keeneth has more than 14 years of experience performing various security advisory and leadership roles.

Prior to joining [Inovalon](/org/inovalon) in 2010, Ms. Keeneth served in a number of strategic roles at management consulting firms, DRT Strategies and [BearingPoint](/org/bearingpoint), supporting clients in federal, regulatory and real estate industries. This experience includes extensive knowledge and application of information security and compliance, security governance, policy, and risk management within the federal government and private sectors.

Ms. Keeneth holds a master’s degree from the [University of Virginia](/org/university-of-virginia) in management of information technology and a bachelor’s degree from [George Mason University](/org/george-mason-university) in finance.

Monica Keeneth

Eron Kelly serves as the Corporate President for [Inovalon](/org/inovalon). In this role, Mr. Kelly leads and is responsible for the management, operation, and results of the Company’s multiple business units, their respective growth, product offerings, value achievement, performance, and the related support of customer and strategic relationships, total customer experience, and industry leadership.

Prior to joining [Inovalon](/org/inovalon), Mr. Kelly was an executive at Amazon where he served as the General Manager of World-Wide Product Marketing for Amazon Web Services (AWS) for more than 40 services across six major categories representing over $35B in AWS revenue, including Compute, Storage, Hybrid Cloud, Networking and Global Infrastructure, Business Applications and End User Computing. While at Amazon, Mr. Kelly led the product launch of more than 50 AWS services, including Amazon’s Outposts, Wavelength, Amazon Connect, Transit Gateway, major capabilities in S3 and EC2 instances with Graviton processors. Prior to Joining Amazon in 2017, Mr. Kelly served as the General Manager and World-Wide Sales Leader at Microsoft for their cloud-based Office 365 suite where he was responsible for the go-to-market strategy, sales execution, and global growth results, successfully increasing enterprise sales from $3 billion to $7 billion over a three year period. Prior to the General Manager and World-Wide Sale Leader role at Microsoft, Mr. Kelly served as General Manager and other roles for numerous Microsoft product offerings, including SQL Server, Microsoft’s big data platform, Windows Azure, Office 365, Unified Communications Services, and E-Business Servers. Within these roles, Mr. Kelly held responsibilities ranging from product management, market and customer transition from enterprise to cloud offerings, sales and partner enablement, and marketing, amongst others.

Prior to joining Microsoft in 2000, Mr. Kelly served as an officer in the United States Air Force as a Program Manager, Materials Directorate, at the Air Force Research laboratory in Dayton, Ohio. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, and received a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School with first year honors.

Eron S. Kelly

Denise K. Fletcher is an experienced corporate executive who currently serves as an independent corporate board member at [Inovalon](/org/inovalon). Prior to this role, they spent over 20 years in various leadership positions at some of the world's largest companies, including [Mazars Group](/org/mazars), Vulcan, Inc., [DaVita](/org/davita), [Unisys](/org/unisys), and MasterCard. Denise has a proven track record of success in both domestic and international markets and is widely respected in the business community.

Denise K. Fletcher

Osa Lambert

William J. (Bill) Teuber, Jr. brings to the [Inovalon](/org/inovalon) Board of Directors a long and successful track record in large-scale technology enterprises. Mr. Teuber is the former Vice Chairman of EMC Corporation, where he held the role from May 2006 until September 2016, when [Dell Technologies](/org/dell) acquired the company. While at EMC, he served in multiple key roles supporting the growth and expansion of this leading technology organization.

As Vice Chairman at EMC, Mr. Teuber focused on corporate strategy and business development in emerging markets, assisted with government relations and worked closely with the Board of Directors. From 2006 to 2012, Mr. Teuber oversaw EMC Customer Operations, the company’s global sales and distribution organization. In this role, he was responsible for driving EMC’s growth and market leadership worldwide. His scope of responsibilities included overseeing investments to build up EMC’s presence in emerging markets, which delivered robust revenue growth under his leadership. Before that, Mr. Teuber served as EMC’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from 1996 to 2006, leading the company’s worldwide finance operation with responsibility for all of EMC’s financial reporting, balance sheet management, foreign exchange, audit, tax and investment banking programs. As CFO, he was also responsible for EMC’s Information Technology and Investor Relations functions.

Prior to becoming CFO, Mr. Teuber was Vice President and Corporate Controller at EMC. He joined EMC in 1995 from Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P., where he was a partner in the firm’s Audit and Financial Advisory Services practice.

Mr. Teuber currently serves as a Senior Operating Principal at [Bridge Growth Partners](/org/bridge-growth-partners), a private equity firm based in New York.  Mr. Teuber previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of CRH, a global diversified building materials group based in Ireland, from 2016 to 2019, and of Popular, Inc., a diversified financial services company that includes Banco Popular as a holding, from 2004 to 2019, including as lead independent director from 2011 to 2019.

He holds an MBA degree from Babson College, a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College and an A.B. degree from The College of the Holy Cross.

William J. Teuber Jr.

Mr. Rizzo serves as a Fellow of Innovation for [Inovalon](/org/inovalon), a role created to recognize Mr. Rizzo for a distinguished career at [Inovalon](/org/inovalon). In this role, Mr. Rizzo mentors emerging leaders within the Company and supports product strategy, innovation, and go-to-market initiatives of the Company.

Prior to this role, Mr. Rizzo served in many key roles at [Inovalon](/org/inovalon) since his joining the Company in 2002, and most recently as Chief Innovation Officer for [Inovalon](/org/inovalon) until 2016. In this role, Mr. Rizzo was responsible for the coordination and oversight of all product development and material product updates and expansions of capability; including design, functionality, development, quality testing processes and modularized rollouts and operational expansions. Mr. Rizzo was also responsible for all aspects of the Company’s dataset assets, including processes to support and achieve the high integrity, reliability and security; accuracy and efficiency of integration; comprehensive policies and procedures for the access and utilization; and ultimate realization of value for the Company, clients and the healthcare community. In addition to these roles, Mr. Rizzo served as the Company’s Security Officer and served in a number of key roles at [Inovalon](/org/inovalon), including the Company’s Chief Product Officer, and was responsible for all major product roll outs since the Company first started major operations.

Prior to joining [Inovalon](/org/inovalon), Mr. Rizzo served as Vice President of Product Development for Founding Advisors, Inc., a specialized management consulting firm. In the service of Founding Advisors, Mr. Rizzo served in various product development roles on behalf of Founding Medical Informatics, Inc. and the Medical Reliance Group, LLC, including leading the technology and software design and development of the core products of Medical Site Reviewers.

Prior to joining Founding Advisors, Mr. Rizzo was a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen, LLP, where he advised clients in the healthcare, telecommunications and insurance industries. In his capacity as lead analyst, Mr. Rizzo performed in-depth data analysis and financial investigations of health and life insurance companies in order to evaluate appropriate recapture of reinsurance receivables and government coverage for customers of life insurance companies in liquidation. While at the firm, he also performed in-depth industry financial investigations in support of clients’ strategic expansion and investment decisions.

In addition to his Fellow role at [Inovalon](/org/inovalon), Mr. Rizzo serves as a trustee at Loyola University Maryland, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, and is highly active in a number of philanthropic organizations serving disadvantages communities in Maryland. Additionally, Mr. Rizzo holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is active within the entrepreneurial, venture capital and private equity community throughout the mid-Atlantic region.

Daniel L. Rizzo

Mr. Savage serves as the president and general manager of Inovalon’s Payer business, providing a portfolio of industry-leading cloud-based SaaS platform solutions empowering data-driven healthcare for a wide array of health plan and payer organizations. In this role, Mr. Savage leads and is responsible for the management, product portfolio, sales, delivery, operations, client success, and overall performance of Inovalon’ payer business.

Prior to joining Inovalon, Mr. Savage was a senior executive at Optum, Inc., a division of UnitedHealth Group, reporting to the Optum Insight CEO, where he served as Senior Vice President responsible for the global payer consulting organization. In this role, Mr. Savage oversaw a team of more than 1,000 personnel serving an extensive portfolio of health plan customers across six areas of Risk Management & Growth, Government Programs, Health Management & Operations, Payer Technology, Professional Staffing, and Payer Digital. Prior to his role at Optum, Mr. Savage served as Partner and Managing Director for the Health & Pubic Sector for Accenture, LLP where he directed the practice focused on payers and providers across Accenture’s key pillars of Enterprise Operations, Clinical Excellence, Growth and Innovation, Analytics, and Digital Health. Prior to joining Accenture in 2013, Mr. Savage had served in senior rolls at PWC Strategy& as Principal and Director of Global Healthcare, STS Capital Partners, Videre, Inc., and McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Savage graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and has undertaken multiple postgraduate executive development programs at the University of Pennsylvania’s Warton School of Business, Harvard Business School, and Southern Methodist University.

Craig R. Savage

Mr. Wychulis serves as a Fellow for the Payer business at [Inovalon](/org/inovalon), a role created to leverage Mr. Wychulis’ deep industry experience, expertise, and distinguished career within the marketplace and at [Inovalon](/org/inovalon). In this role, Mr. Wychulis focuses on industry trends and specific strategic client opportunities, relationships, operations, and support for [Inovalon](/org/inovalon)’s Payer business.

Prior to this role, Mr. Wychulis was the president and member of the Executive Leadership Team of [Inovalon](/org/inovalon), where he was responsible for the oversight of the Company’s day-to-day operations across its business units and the related industry insight support, client engagement, and strategic relationships. Prior to joining [Inovalon](/org/inovalon) in 2014, Mr. Wychulis served as the President of the WellPoint New York government program health plan, HealthPlus, an [Amerigroup](/org/amerigroup-corporation) company, where he was responsible for the full P&L management of the company’s $1.9 billion product portfolio within the New York region. Mr. Wychulis was responsible for oversight of medical management, quality improvement, finance, compliance, human resources, government relations, provider contracting, marketing, enrollment, strategic planning, and the managed long-term care product. Mr. Wychulis played a pivotal role in working with state regulators in transforming New York’s Medicaid delivery system through the state’s Medicaid Redesign Team (MRT), worked on complex premium rate setting issues within the state, and served on the state’s quality incentive committee for the long-term care populations. Under Mr. Wychulis’ direction, the plan realized a 300-percent growth in membership and a 600-percent increase in premium revenue. In 2013, he was awarded WellPoint’s Pinnacle Award, the company’s highest management award. In the same year, HealthPlus was the most profitable of the 20 WellPoint government program plans, while maintaining an upper tier quality and outcome ranking, and achieving NCQA accreditation status for the plan.

Prior to joining WellPoint/Amerigroup, Mr. Wychulis served as President and CEO of the Florida Association of Health Plans, where he expanded the Association from 8 to 26 plans in 4 years. Mr. Wychulis was responsible for driving the successful development of public policy and legislation that resulted in a significant expansion of covered lives and an increase in hundreds of millions of dollars in additional revenue to the Florida managed care plans. He facilitated critical strategic relationships with the hospital, medical, and health advocacy community and associations. Mr. Wychulis also served as President and CEO of HealthPlan Southeast, a North Florida managed care company comprised of state employee, commercial, and Medicaid/CHP contracts. Mr. Wychulis was instrumental in improving the plan’s performance and positioning it to serve as the base for the successful acquisition and integration of multiple Florida managed care organizations that are now Coventry/Aetna Florida.

Mr. Wychulis received his Bachelor of Political Science degree from the City College of New York and his Master of Health Administration and Planning from the Wagner School of Public Administration at New York University.
