Richard Finch

Richard Finch has extensive experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management, currently serving as General Manager for Northern Territory at INPEX Australia since April 2013, with previous roles as HSE Manager for Operations. Prior to INPEX, Richard held positions at Chevron from July 2010 to April 2013, where responsibilities included H&S Execution Team Lead and HES Advisor for Operational Excellence. Richard's earlier experience includes HSE Manager at AMEC and Clough AMEC, focusing on significant projects such as Conoco Phillips' Bayu Undan O&M contract, as well as a SEQ Manager role at Orontide from 2001 to 2006. Richard has worked in diverse locations, including London, Oslo, and Perth, particularly on the Ichthys Offshore FEED project.
