Erik van de Loo

Erik van de Loo is an accomplished academic and practitioner in the fields of leadership, organizational behavior, and clinical psychology. Currently serving as an Affiliate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD, Erik also holds the position of Emeritus Professor of Leadership and Behaviour at TIAS School for Business and Society. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Programme Co-Director of the Executive Masters in Consulting and Coaching for Change at INSEAD, Erik has previously held significant positions at Ascender and UniRazak University. Erik's academic credentials include a PhD in Social Sciences from Leiden University and a Psychoanalyst degree from the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Psychoanalyse. Erik's earlier career includes serving as an Officer and Clinical Psychologist in the Royal Dutch Army.
