Michael Y. Lee

Michael Y. Lee is an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD since June 2019, also serving as an instructor for executive education courses at Harvard Division of Continuing Education Professional Development Programs since 2017. Previously, Michael completed a Doctorate in Business Administration at Harvard Business School from 2013 to 2019, focusing on novel organizational designs to enhance employee engagement. Michael's professional experience includes a role as Principal at The Parthenon Group, specializing in growth strategy and business planning, along with internships at Google and positions with Ashoka and Learning for Action, delivering strategic assessments for nonprofits and public sector clients. Michael holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and an undergraduate degree from Harvard University, graduating magna cum laude.
