Ryan Stradling is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Inside Real Estate since January 2023, Ryan leads technology initiatives related to company acquisitions and enhances delivery processes. Previously, Ryan held significant roles at BoomTown, including Senior Director and Director of Software Architecture, where collaborative efforts focused on defining architecture review processes and building new systems. Early career experience includes technical leadership at Deutsche Bank and consultancy roles at Pentaho and m.sound creations, alongside substantial contributions to game development at Electronic Arts, including founding the EA North Carolina studio. Ryan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Clemson University.
