Kyle Nichol

Kyle Nichol has a diverse background in recruitment and management, currently serving as Practice Lead for International Recruiting at Insight Global since February 2023, after previously holding roles as Lead Recruiter and Professional Recruiter. Prior experience includes working as Membership and Engagement Assistant Director for the University of Oregon Alumni Association, where responsibilities involved coordinating alumni events and promotional campaigns to boost enrollments. Earlier positions include Closing Manager and Cashier at The Habit Burger Grill, focusing on employee management and customer service, as well as Summer Camp Counselor at GamePrep Baseball Academy, providing guidance and support to young athletes.
