Jessica Wilson

Jessica Wilson has extensive experience in social services and case management, currently serving as a Care Manager at INSIGHT HUMAN SERVICES, INC. since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a Judicial Services Coordinator at the North Carolina Department of Public Safety and as a Probation and Parole Officer, where responsibilities included assessing the needs of probationers and formulating treatment plans to reduce recidivism. Earlier experience includes positions at LabCorp and UNC Health Care, focusing on support for clients with substance abuse issues and coordinating with legal entities. Jessica began their professional journey as a Student Intern with the PROUD Program, working with adolescents facing criminal challenges.
