Alice Dai has extensive experience in technology risk, compliance, and client services within the financial sector. Currently serving as a 1st Line Technology Risk & Compliance Specialist at Insignia Financial since May 2022, Alice previously held the position of Manager, Business Risk at MLC Australia from January 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing vendor relationships and overseeing risk associated with customer-facing digital tools. Earlier roles at ANZ involved managing relationships with institutional clients and extensive governance reporting. Alice's career began as an Account Manager at Livingstone International, following the completion of a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Physiology from UNSW.
