Erika Borges

Erika Borges currently serves as a Professor at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa since July 2025. Simultaneously, Erika holds the position of Head of HR, Stores & Corporate and HR Country Steward at Amazon, leading a team of 5 and managing HR initiatives for approximately 1900 employees in Brazil. Previously, Erika was the LATAM HR Director for Consumer Healthcare & Global Support Functions at Sanofi, overseeing an indirect team of 6 Senior HR Managers and 2 direct HR Managers for around 2500 employees. Erika also held the role of Senior HR Manager for Talent Acquisition at Sanofi, focusing on recruitment processes for approximately 5000 employees, along with experience at Faurecia as Talent Management & Development Manager for South America and as HRBP Leader and People Development Manager at Comgas. Education includes completion of programs at FIA Business School and the Integrated Coaching Institute.
