Natalie Trabert, M.A., PCC, CPMI, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy consulting and executive coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Strategy Consultant and Executive Coach at Insperity since July 2022, Trabert has previously held key positions, including Chief People Officer at Netronix Integration and roles at Insperity as both a Senior Strategy Consultant and Organizational Development Consultant. Additional experience includes serving as Principal and Executive Coach at The Leader Coach, VP of Talent Management at Joined, and National Director of Business Development at Argosy University. Trabert's early career includes roles at BBSI and Strategic Coaching Partners, as well as adjunct faculty responsibilities at the University of Phoenix.
