Bianca Roberts is a seasoned professional in learning content development and training design within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning Content & Design at Inspire Brands since February 2018, Bianca specializes in creating training programs for monthly product activations, incorporating various marketing and operational elements. Prior experience includes a tenure at Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. from May 2010 to February 2018, where Bianca held various roles, including Manager of Training Design and Operations, where responsibilities encompassed designing instructional tools, managing a substantial training budget, and producing multimedia content. Previous roles also include supervising operations support at Arby’s, where recognition was received as Supervisor of the Year, and administrative coordination at Wendy's/Arby's Group. Bianca began a career in design as a Junior Designer at Whitebox Studio, showcasing a foundation in conceptual design rooted in a Bachelor of Design degree, Cum Laude, from the University of Florida.
