Donald 'Don' Auer is an experienced operations leader in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Director of Franchise Operations for Dunkin’ & Baskin-Robbins at Inspire Brands since December 2020. Previously, Donald held multiple roles within Dunkin' Brands from May 2015 to December 2020, culminating in recognition as the U.S. Operations Manager of the Year in 2017 with the Standing Ovation Award. Donald's extensive career includes significant positions at McDonald’s Restaurants, Wendy's, and Boston Market, showcasing expertise in franchise operations, training, and customer satisfaction. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Washington University and professional training from Dunkin’ Brands University and Hamburger University.
