Lauren Turpin

Lauren Turpin, MBA, serves as the Director of Franchise Operations and Franchise Business Consultant at Inspire since November 2021. Previously, Lauren held the role of Franchise Operations Manager at Dunkin' from April 2010 to March 2022, where responsibilities included supervising the business development of 16 franchise groups to ensure profitability and operational improvement, as well as consulting with franchisees on performance goals and organizational planning. Prior experience at Dunkin' Brands as Field Operations Training Manager from April 2006 to April 2009 further contributed to expertise in franchise operations. Lauren Turpin earned a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Northwood University.
