Melissa Cappiello is a seasoned professional in retail technology and digital marketing, currently serving as a Retail Technology Product Manager at Inspire Brands since August 2023. Previously, Melissa worked at McDonald's as the Digital and Delivery Growth Lead, focusing on enhancing third-party delivery relationships and the ordering experience in a high-volume market.
