Lorna Evans is the VP of People & Organizational Development at Inspired Entertainment. Lorna has over 25 years of experience in software development and HR management.

Lorna started their career as a systems manager at FrontierMEDEX in 2010. Lorna was responsible for managing the company's IT systems and developing new software applications. In 2011, they left FrontierMEDEX to join Inspired Gaming Group as VP of Software Development.

At Inspired Gaming Group, Lorna was responsible for managing a team of 100-150 software developers. Lorna was also responsible for transitioning 30% of the resource pool to offshore, European locations. In October 2015, Lorna was transferred to the COO as part of a top level organisational restructure and additionally took on the leadership of the HR function.

As VP of People & Organizational Development, Lorna is responsible for people and organisational development for a workforce IRO 800 personnel, across 9 UK and international locations.

Lorna Evans has a CIPD L7 in Human Resources Development from ICS Learn, a Black Belt in Six Sigma from Aveta Business Institute, a CIM in Chartered Institute of Marketing - Diploma in Sales & Marketing from Cheltenham Tutorial College, and a BTEC in Business & Finance from Monmouth Comprehensive.

Lorna Evans reports to A. Lorne Weil, Executive Chairman. They work with Tariq Tufail - CTO, Colleen Stanton Kakavetsis - VP, Marketing, and Daniel Silvers - EVP & Chief Strategy Officer.
