Timothy Gibbons

Timothy Gibbons is an experienced leader in client services and talent sourcing, currently serving as Senior Vice President at INSPYR Solutions since September 2025, overseeing a team of over 50 client service managers and delivery specialists focused on optimizing investments in ERP and data solutions. Previously, Timothy held the position of Senior Vice President at BGSF from February 2020 to August 2025, where responsibility included a team of over 50 delivery specialists and talent sourcing coordinators. Timothy also contributed to the founding of EdgeRock Technology Partners in January 2005, serving as Director of Recruiting until February 2020, and played a key role in the company's growth and eventual sale for over $30 million. Timothy Gibbons earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Northeastern University, attending from 1997 to 2002, and graduated from Holy Cross High School in 1997.
